I had called a few places and could not get anyone to come out that day. When I called Brandon, he answered right away and had a guy at the residance within an hour. They solved the problem quickly and were very reasonably priced!

WOW! I am on active duty in the Navy and currently living in Texas. I needed help at my rental property in the Patuxent River area and wasn't able to be on location except for a very short specific time. Brandon not only agreed to take a look at the work required, but guided me every step of the way. He also worked an estimate over the holidays in order for me to make a timely decision that would allow a prompt install. And the install, he did on Saturday and adhered to the original estimate. He came when he said he would, did the work he said he would and charged what he said he would. On top of that, Brandon also returned a couple times while I was busy in Texas to test my generator install and make sure it was working as advertised. I was referred to Brandon by another contractor. He answered my call on the first try and was very pleasant and easy to speak to. I was in a slight hurry due to a home inspection. He accommodated my service request by sending a technician out the next day. I cannot say enough about the courteous and professional service from Ken. He was outstanding. Brandon followed up with me after the service which was a pleasant surprise. Brandon sent my receipt outlining my service the same day. After his service, I still had questions from my home inspection report. I called him back to ask his opinion. Again he answered on the first call and was able to answer my questions. He additionally researched a question that my home inspector had and was able to give me that information too. (something the home inspector should have done!!)
